1964 Plymouth Belvedere

This 1964 Plymouth Belvedere #777, that country music star and NASCAR driver Marty Robbins once competed in, was left to rust on a farm. By the time the car made its way to Big Iron Garage, it was in pretty rough shape. The team salvaged what they could, but some things did have to be replaced in the car because the rust damaged it too badly. The Big Iron Garage team and Ray Evernham used old photos, made sure to label parts, and interviewed as many people as they could to accurately restore this car. Even the original man, Ken Binkley, who painted the lettering on the car 40 or so years ago, traveled to Big Iron Garage to once again paint the letters on the car.
